Privacy
This covers this website and signing up for our betas. In short: we keep only what you type into the sign-up form, use it only for the beta, never sell or share it, and you can remove it any time.

Who we are

What we collect, and why
When you sign up for a beta with an invite code, we keep:
- your name and email address, to email you about the beta;
- where you'd play (iPhone, Android, web), to send you the right build;
- any notes you choose to write us, such as which platform you'd like next;
- that you agreed to be emailed and to the Beta Tester Terms, the words you agreed to, and when.
That's all. We don't store your IP address. To stop abuse, we briefly count sign-up attempts per connection using an anonymous, scrambled fingerprint of it that can't be turned back into the address; those counts are deleted within two days.
We use your details only to run the beta: confirming your sign-up, and emailing you builds and news about it. We don't sell them, share them, or use them for advertising.
Confirming, and leaving
After you sign up, we email you a link to confirm. Once you confirm, we email you to say you're on the list. If you don't confirm, your details are deleted within 7 days. Every email we send has a link to remove yourself, which deletes your details straight away. You can also email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
Where it's kept, and who helps
- Cloudflare runs our sign-up service and stores the beta list in a private database that only Creatio Aura can access. Cloudflare's Turnstile check, on the sign-up form, tells people from bots without puzzles or tracking cookies.
- IONOS runs our @creatio-aura.com email addresses: it sends our emails, from support@creatio-aura.com, and passes what you send us on to our inbox.
- Google (Gmail) holds our inbox. This site's fonts are served by Google Fonts.
- GitHub hosts this website.
These providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere, under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Until you remove yourself, or the beta ends, whichever comes first. Unconfirmed sign-ups: 7 days.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Children
Our betas are for people 13 and over. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.
The Ignis Aura app
This page is about the website and beta sign-ups. The Ignis Aura app has its own privacy notes, published before its public release.
Changes
If this changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above, and email people on the beta list.
