Beta Tester Terms

The terms for testing Ignis Aura before it's released. In short: beta builds are unfinished test software that you use at your own risk, and the game is confidential, so please keep it to yourself until we say otherwise.

Last updated: 31 October 2026.

Who we are

Ignis Aura is made by Creatio Aura Ltd, an independent studio. Contact us at legal@creatio-aura.com.

Agreeing to these terms

You agree to these terms when you sign up for the beta (by ticking the box that says so), and again by downloading, installing, opening or playing any beta build of Ignis Aura (the Android app, the web version, or any other). If you don't agree, please don't sign up, download or use it.

Beta builds are test software

Keep it confidential

Ignis Aura hasn't been announced yet. Everything about it that you see as a tester is confidential: the nature and type of game it is, its rules and how a game flows, its story, encounters and content, its design, art and music, what makes it fun, the builds themselves, and anything we tell you about it. In particular:

To share or discuss anything about Ignis Aura publicly, you need specific written permission from its creator and Creatio Aura Ltd first: email us and ask. This continues until we announce the game publicly, or tell you in writing that it's no longer needed. What we've already made public ourselves, such as this website, isn't confidential.

Your feedback

Feedback is the point of the beta, and we're grateful for it. Anything you send us about Ignis Aura (ideas, suggestions, bug reports) we may use to improve the game, freely and without owing you anything for it.

Ownership

Ignis Aura and everything in it belong to Creatio Aura Ltd. Testing it gives you permission to play the beta builds we send you, for testing, and nothing more: not to copy, change, take apart or sell them.

Ending

You can leave the beta at any time: uninstall the builds and use the link in any of our emails to remove yourself. We may end the beta, or anyone's place in it, at any time. Keeping it confidential still applies after you leave.

Your details

How we handle your name and email is in our privacy policy.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date above and tell testers in the next email we send. Using a build after that means you agree to the new version.
